Delivery & Returns
How long your order takes, what it costs, and how to send something back.

01Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched from our base in Kington, Herefordshire within 1–2 business days of your order being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
If an order contains a pre-order item we hold the whole order and send it together once the pre-order arrives. If you would rather we split it, email welcome@elmbertrade.co.uk and we will arrange that at no extra cost.
02Delivery times
UK orders are sent free of charge with Royal Mail and typically arrive within 3–5 business days of dispatch. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Delivery times are an estimate, not a guarantee. Royal Mail occasionally runs slower during December and around public holidays.
03Delivery costs
UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay; nothing is added at checkout.
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. If you are outside the UK and want something from the shelf, email welcome@elmbertrade.co.uk and we will tell you whether we can help.
04Returns
You can return anything you buy from us within 30 days of receiving it. That is more than the 14 days UK law requires, and it applies whether or not anything is wrong with the order.
Returns are free. We cover the cost of return postage — email welcome@elmbertrade.co.uk with your order number and we will send you a prepaid Royal Mail label.
Sealed product must come back still sealed and in the condition you received it. We cannot accept a return of sealed trading-card product once the seal is broken, because the contents are random and their value changes the moment it is opened.
05Refunds
Once your return reaches us we inspect it and process your refund within 7 days. Refunds go back to the original payment method, including the standard outbound delivery charge you paid.
If you chose a delivery option more expensive than our standard service, we refund the standard rate.
06Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email welcome@elmbertrade.co.uk with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund including all postage, at no cost to you, and we will not ask you to pay to send it back.
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in addition to everything above.

01Your right to a refund
You may return any order within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. You do not need to give a reason. This is our own policy and it sits on top of your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
02How to start a return
Email welcome@elmbertrade.co.uk with your order number and tell us what you are sending back. We reply with a prepaid Royal Mail returns label — return postage is free and we do not deduct it from your refund.
03Condition
Sealed product must be returned sealed, with any outer packaging intact. If goods have been handled more than was necessary to establish their nature and condition, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
04How long refunds take
We process refunds within 7 days of receiving the returned goods. Your bank or card issuer may then take a few further working days to show the money in your account.
Refunds include the standard outbound delivery charge paid on the original order.
05Pre-orders
You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it is dispatched, for a full refund.
06Faulty or incorrect goods
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, and we pay all postage.

No, and neither can anyone else. Trading cards are randomly inserted by the manufacturer. What we can tell you is exactly what the manufacturer guarantees per box — pack counts, card counts and guaranteed hits are listed on every product page where the manufacturer states them.
07Do you sell single cards or graded slabs?
The shelf is built around sealed product. A small number of individually listed promo and signed cards do appear in the catalogue and are described as such on their own product pages.

02Your order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot supply something we will tell you and refund any payment for it in full.
03The products
All products are sold sealed and supplied as received from our supply chain. Trading cards are randomly inserted by the manufacturer; we cannot and do not guarantee which cards, parallels, autographs or memorabilia any sealed product will contain.
Product images are for identification. Manufacturers change packaging and contents without notice.
04Pre-orders
Items marked pre-order have not yet been released. Estimated release dates come from the manufacturer or distributor and can move. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched.
05Price and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. UK delivery is free, so the price shown on the product page is the total you pay. If a price is listed in error we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm the corrected price or cancel.
06Delivery
UK delivery is free on every order. We dispatch within 1–2 business days, by Royal Mail, with delivery typically taking 3–5 business days from dispatch. We ship within the United Kingdom only. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
07Cancellation and returns
You may return any order within 30 days of receiving it, with free return postage. See our refund policy for the detail. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
08Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. When you order we collect your name, billing and delivery address, email address, telephone number and the details of what you bought. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details. If you contact us we keep a record of that correspondence. If you subscribe to marketing we keep your email address and your consent record.
03Why we use it
To take, process, deliver and support your order, and to keep accounting records — that is performance of our contract with you and our legal obligations. To send marketing about similar products where you have consented or are an existing customer who has not opted out — our legitimate interests. To prevent and investigate fraud and keep the site secure — our legitimate interests.
04Who we share it with
Our payment provider, Royal Mail and any other carrier used to deliver your order, our website and email platforms, and our accountants — each only so far as they need it to do their job for us. We do not sell your personal data. Where data moves outside the UK we rely on adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards.
05How long we keep it
Order and transaction records for six years after the end of the relevant tax year, as UK tax law requires. Marketing consent until you withdraw it. General enquiries for up to two years.

01Our commitment
ELMBER TRADE LTD wants elmbertrade.co.uk to be usable by as many people as possible, including visitors using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification or high-contrast settings.
02What we have done
The site is built to be navigable by keyboard, with visible focus styles on links, buttons and form fields. Text is set at a size and contrast intended to meet WCAG 2.1 AA, images that carry meaning have alternative text, decorative images are hidden from screen readers, and the layout reflows down to small phone screens without horizontal scrolling. Motion is reduced automatically for visitors whose device asks for it.
03Where we know we fall short
Parts of the storefront — the basket, checkout and product widgets — are provided by our platform, and we do not control their markup. We test them and report problems upstream, but some may not yet meet AA.
