02Your order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot supply something we will tell you and refund any payment for it in full.
03The products
All products are sold sealed and supplied as received from our supply chain. Trading cards are randomly inserted by the manufacturer; we cannot and do not guarantee which cards, parallels, autographs or memorabilia any sealed product will contain.
Product images are for identification. Manufacturers change packaging and contents without notice.
04Pre-orders
Items marked pre-order have not yet been released. Estimated release dates come from the manufacturer or distributor and can move. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched.
05Price and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay. If a price is listed in error we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm the corrected price or cancel.
06Delivery
We dispatch within 1–2 business days, by Royal Mail, with UK delivery typically taking 3–5 business days from dispatch. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
07Cancellation and returns
You may return any order within 30 days of receiving it, with free return postage. See our refund policy for the detail. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
08Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, and except where you are dealing as a consumer and the law provides otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.
09Age
Our products are not toys and may contain small parts. If you are under 18, please order only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
